Adjust the tether cord that connects to the pin quick release clamp on the bottom of the board so that you can reach it while strapped into the boots. Make sure it has enough slack to allow you to lean forward and back on its X axis. If you adjust it too short it may pull the pin out if there is not enough slack for the board to maneuver on it’s X axis. Always use the tether for safety. Under no circumstances you should use this product without making sure that you are able to quickly disconnect yourself from the hose while strapped into the boots on the board. Practice this step each time before using your Wataboard device.
Always have a buddy who is a proficient swimmer ride on the PWC while operating your Wataboard. Never operate it alone, even when using a remote throttle controller.
